摘要 近一两年,有关“方便面致癌说”的报道不时见诸报端,引起了国家有关部门和食品科技组织的高度关注。这一说法究竟是以科学结论为依据的消费警示,还是某些企业以商业利益为目的的恶意炒作?在6月21日由中国食品科学技术学会和中国营养学会联合召开的“方便面安全问题高层论坛”上,来自国家质检总局、国家食品药品监督管理局、国家工商总局、发改委、卫生部中国疾控中心营养与食品安全所、中国消费者协会等政府部门及权威机构的领导、专家首次聚在一起,对方便面产业的发展给予了充分肯定,并得出一致结论:中国方便面是严格按照国家有关标准进行生产的安全食品,食用方便面无害。 The statements about carcinogenesis of instant pasta were reported at intervals for this one ortwo years. Are the statements consump tion caution based on scientific conclusion or vicious sensationalization aimed at commercial benefit by some enterprises? The problem is taken into account highly by relevant government departments and food science organizations. In the upper forum about "instant pasta safety problem" being sponsored by China Food Science & Technology institute and China nutritional institute in June 21st, many specialists from State Quality Testing Administration, State Food and Drug Administration, State Administration for Industry & Commerce, etc. come together at first time. The specialists gave the development of the instant pasta industry adequate affirmation and concluded that China instant pastas are produced under state relevant standards strictly, they are safety and no harm.
