摘要
金属粉芯药芯焊丝是近年来国际发展的新趋势,是药芯焊丝研究和开发的重点之一。该文作者研制了一种应用于密炼机耐磨堆焊的金属粉芯药芯焊丝,并试验分析了焊丝的脱渣性、抗裂性、耐磨性、硬度、抗高温氧化性能和金相组织。结果表明,该焊丝具有较高的硬度(>HRC55),其耐磨性为45#调质钢的12倍;同时该焊丝不预热时连续堆焊也不出现裂纹,抗裂性良好。该焊丝的脱渣性好、熔敷速度快,大大提高了密炼机制造中的堆焊质量,而且药芯采用价格比较低廉的金属粉末,成本低。
Recent years metal powder-cored wire is a new tendency of the international development in welding ma terial, and is considered as one of the emphasis of flux-cored wire research and development. During the experiments, a type of metal powder-cored wire for hard-facing of the banbury mixer was studied and the detachability, cracking resistance, wearing resistance, hardness, high-temperature oxidation resistance and microstructure were analysed. The results show that this wire has not only high hardness (〉HRC55) and better wear resistance (11 times much higher than that of 45^# hardened and tempered steel), but also good crack resistance(free of cracks during continuous hard-facing without preheat) ; and the quality of the hard-facing is improved greatly in banbury mixer manufacture resulting from good detachability and high fusion speed. Moreover, the cost of this wire is low.
