摘要
应用SPA菌体花环法和间接ELISA法研究了雏鸭饲喂异源乳酸菌后其外周血液中T、B淋巴细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA3种免疫球蛋白含量的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,雏鸭应用异源乳酸菌后,外周血液中T、B淋巴细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA3种免疫球蛋白的含量均不同程度地增加,且于饲喂后9~13d达到高峰,说明应用异源乳酸菌能使雏鸭免疫功能增强。
In this experiment,staphytococcal protein A (SPA) rosette test and indirect ELISA were used to study the changes such as numbers of T and B lymphocytes and contents of IgG,IgM and IgA of duckling administrated heterogenous lactic acid bacteria. The results showed that numbers of T and B lymphoeytes in peripheral blood and contents of IgG,IgM and IgA of treatment group were increased to some extent compared with the control group. After 9~13 d,the immunology indexes reached to the maximum value respectively. The results indicated that lactic acid bacteria could improve the immune function of duckling.
