Modern natural science has been concentrated in three frontier sciences,that is,information science,life science and material science,the essence of these three is information science.Since information science develops most actively and rapidly,new technical revolution in fact is revolution of informadtion or of intelligence.Human brain is a highest sys- tem for transference,storage,recognition,utilization and treatment of information.Evolution of mankind itself is inde- pendent of increase in weight or volume of human brain,but relies on amplification of intelligence or of human brain power.Its extension produces computer,and its intension brings forth creative thought.Revolution of information makes use of computer to replace human brain partially.Computer as electrical brain greatly reduces the work burden of machanical and habitual thought of human brain,allowing the latter to employ in creative thought which the com- puter is unable to substitute,and amplifies toward high intelligent activity of brain work. In brief,new technical revo- lution marks as computer adding human brain.The creative work of human brain decides that the process of thinking must be open and cannot be closed.The illustrations as amplifying human brain power in medicine are clinical dialeetial thought and soeio-psycho-biological medical pattern.
