非小细胞肺癌中SDF-1、CXCR4的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

The Expressions of Stromal-Cell Derived Factor 1( SDF-1),CXC Chemokin Receptor 4(CXCR4) and their Clinical Significances in Human Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的探讨基质细胞衍生因子(SDF1)及其受体CXCR4在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法在40例NSCLC和10例对照组肺组织中检测SDF1、CXCR4的表达。结果在NSCLC中,SDF1、CXCR4的阳性表达率分别为65.00%(26/40)、45.00%(18/40),与对照组肺组织比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。SDF1、CXCR4的表达与肺癌细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移和组织学类型密切相关(P<0.01,P<0.05),而与性别、年龄无相关性(P>0.05),在NSCLC中,SDF1和CXCR4表达之间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论SDF1、CXCR4的表达与肺癌分化程度及转移有关,可作为临床预测肺癌患者预后的指标。 Objective To investigate the expressions of SDF-1, CXCR4,and their clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods SDF-1 ,CXCR4 were detected in 40 NSCLC tissues and 10 control group lung tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results In NSCLC tissues, positive rate of SDF-1 ,CXCR4 was 65.00% (26/40),45.00% (18/40) respectively. There was significant difference in positive rate of SDF-1 and CXCR4, as compared to normal lung tissue(P〈0. 01 ,P〈0. 05). Expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 were closely associated with tumor cell differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and histological classification (P〈0. 01 ,P〈0. 05),but were not associated with sex and age (P〉0. 05). There was no significant relationship between SDF-1 and CXCR4 expressions (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Expressions of CXCR4 and SDF-1 were associated with lung cancer having differentiation degree and metastasis, it can be taken for a reference index to make prognosis of the patients with lung cancer.
