摘要
设计了一种基于数字信号处理(DSP)的汽轮机故障诊断系统。系统通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)和快速小波变换(FWT)等DSP算法对转子振动信号进行实时监测和处理,建立故障征兆库,对经过处理和变换的信息进行征兆获取和诊断推理,及时发现故障征兆和运行异常,并提供多种辅助分析手段。实践表明:该系统能及时发现故障征兆,有效地进行故障分析,减少事故发生和非计划停运,确保机组的安全运行,获得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。
A DSP-based fault diagnosis system on turbo-generator was designed. The system transforms the vibration signals into useful information via FFT and FWT, builds a database of fault symptoms, detects the fault symptoms or abnormal operation by getting the symptoms from the transformed information, and provides many assistant analyzing tools. The application in Tianjin Dagang Power Plant shows that the system can detect the fault symptoms effectively and analyze the faults with better social and economic benefits.
