摘要
目的建立薄层色谱(TLC)测定方法的不确定度评定方式。方法依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)的规则,建立数学模型,合成不确定度。结果通过对实验过程不确定因素的分析,确认不确定度分量,并合成不确定度,X=4.2±0.6μg/μl,k=2。结论本评定方法能适用于日常薄层色谱测定实验结果不确定度的评定。
Objective To establish style of the uncertainty assessment for TLC method. Methods According to regulation of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF-1999), mathematic model was established and uncertainty was syntheszed uncertainty. Result By means of the analysis of the uncertain factor in the experimental process, the branch of the uncertainty was affirmed and the uncertainty was synthesized. X= (4.2±0.6) μg/μL, k=2. Conclusion The assessment is very suitable for TLC metrical method.
