摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定阿奇霉素胶囊含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6×250mm);流动相为0.067mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH为3.5)-乙腈(70:30);流速为1.0ml·min^-1;柱温:50℃;检测波长:210nm。结果阿奇霉素在进样量2.5~50μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.38%,RSD为0.91%。结论本法简便快捷,结果准确,重现性好,可用于阿奇霉素胶囊的含量测定。
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) method for the determination of azithromycin capsules. Methods The column was Hypersil ODS2 (4.6× 250 mm). The mobile phase composed of 0. 067mol· L^-1 KH2PO4 (adjust pH 3.5 with phosphoric acid) -acetonitrile (70 : 30). The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1, and column temperature was 50℃. The detection was 210 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between azithromycin and peak area when the sample injection was from 2.5μg-50μg (r=0. 9999). The average recovery was 100. 38% and RSD was 0. 91%. Conclusion This method is simple and believable. It can be effectively used for the quality control of azithromycin capsules.
