摘要
以引进并经过“本土化”改造的阶段变化理论模型和“阶段变化量表”为基础,以武汉3所高校的220名大学生为研究对象,利用结构方程模型分析和路径分析的方法,对影响大学生锻炼行为各阶段转变的心理因素及其相互关系进行了确认。研究结果表明,影响大学生由漠视阶段向条件依存阶段,由条件依存阶段向准备阶段,由行动阶段向维持阶段转变的各心理因素间相互存在着不同程度的直接影响和间接影响。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between psychological determinants in exercise stage transition of college students, which was based on Stages of Change Model and Stages of Changes Scales revised by author. Two hundred and twenty college students from Wuhan (N = 220) were recruited for this study. The result of Covariance Structural Model and path analysis showed that there were direct and indirect effects between psychological determinants in stage transition, particularly from unconcern stage to state dependency stage, from state dependency stage to preparation stage, and from action stage to maintenance stage.
