论民族传统体育文化遗产保护

Discussion on Protection of National Traditional Sport Culture Heritage

中华民族体育是祖先在漫长的历史中创造和积淀下来的传统文化,充分体现了我国各民族共有的文化价值观念和审美理想,它有与体育活动相关的竞赛程序、器材制作、比赛规则等身体运动内容,又是与各民族的社会特征、经济生活、宗教仪式、风俗习惯、历史文化息息相关的传统文化现象,是一种“活态人文遗产”,具有活态性、地域性、民俗性、群体性等特征。对民族传统体育文化遗产的保护与传承,应依据《关于加强我国非物质文化遗产保护工作的意见》所提出的方针原则,结合民族传统体育文化自身的特点,在发展中体现原真、生态和多样性。

Chinese national sport is traditional culture which is created by ancestor during the long history. It displays the own cultural value concept and aesthetic sense of our each minority, which not only has the sport activity related to competition procedure, equipment making, competition rule,but also is a traditional cultural phenomena connected with social character, economic life, religious ceremony, custom habit and history culture. It is a living humanistic heritage with the character of living ,regional and nationality. Based on the document concerned about nonmaterial culture heritage protection in China ,the protection and succession on national traditional sport culture heritage should display its original,ecology and diversity during the development.
