摘要
以乙二胺为溶剂,AgNO3,La(NO3)3.6H2O和Se粉为原料,采用微波溶剂热法合成纳米晶AgLa3Se5。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段表征了其组成。结果表明:产物为纳米晶颗粒,平均粒度25 nm。以AgLa3Se5为光催化剂,对甲基橙溶液进行光催化降解,讨论了反应条件对光降解率的影响,表明纳米晶AgLa3Se5具有良好的光催化效果,可重复使用。
Using ethyl diamine as organic solvent and AgNO3, La(NO3)3·6H2O and Se powders as materials, the nanocrystalline AgLa3Se5 was synthesized by microwave solvothermal technique. Several techniques including EDS, XRD, TEM and XPS were used to characterize its composition and structure. The result shows that the product age particle size is 25 is nanocrystalline and the avernm. Using the degradation of methyl orange as model reaction. The effect of the reaction conditions on photocatalytic activity was studied. It shows that nanocrystalline AgLa3Se5 is a good photocatalyst and can be used repeatedly.
