摘要
采用共沉淀法、沉积沉淀法和超均匀沉淀法制备了30%Cu-Ce-La(10%)Ox型变换催化剂,利用活性测试、XRD和原子吸收等对催化剂的催化性能、晶相结构及组成进行了研究。结果表明,共沉淀法是其中最优的制备方法,氢氧化钠和尿素结合方式沉淀制备的催化剂具有较高的活性和热稳定性。使用NH3.H2O将催化剂中的铜组分滤去的研究结果表明,催化剂中的铜含量存在一最佳值,Cu在形成催化剂活性位时起重要作用,但一旦形成变换反应所需要的活性中心,只要Cu的含量达到一定值后,则Cu的存在与否对催化剂的活性影响不大,甚至过多的Cu对催化活性不利。
30% Cu-Ce-La ( 10% ) Ox catalysts for water-gas shift reaction (WGSR) were prepared by coprecipitation, deposition-precipitation and super-homogeneous precipitation respectively. The performance and characteristics of the catalysts samples were studied by activity test, XRD and atom adsorption. It is shown that the activity and thermal stability depend an the preparation method and the co-precipitation is the optimal method. The combination precipitation of sodium hydroxide with urea is benefit to the activity and thermal stability of the catalysts. The experiment of leaching Cu by NH3·H2O from the as-prepared catalyst indicates that the activity and thermal stability reach the highest with certain content of Cu.
