摘要
提出用N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法测定硅钙合金中硅。在优化的实验条件下,硅质量浓度在0~50μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.05μg/mL。方法达到了仪器分析的质量控制要求,具有良好的灵敏度,干扰少,重复性好。用于硅钙合金中硅的控制分析,相对标准偏差小于1.0%,结果与认定值相符。
A new method for the determination of silicon in the silicon calcium alloy by N2O- C2H2 flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. In the optimum measuring conditions, a good linear range of 0 - 50μg/mL is presented for silicon. The detection limit is 0. 05 μg/mL. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation,less interference and good seletivity. It achieved the requirement of qualities control for instrument analysis and has been used to the determination of silicon in silicon calcium alloy with the RSD less than 1% and the results are agreement with the certified values.
