摘要
针对影响火花源原子发射光谱分析碳、磷、硫等元素稳定性的多种因素进行了初步探讨。通过试验,发现和证实了不稳定因素的规律,讨论了提高火花源原子发射光谱仪稳定性的最佳方案和改进措施,在生产上应用得到满意的结果。
The influencing factors on the stability of the analytical results of carbon, phosphorus, sulphur etc. were studied in detail by spark source atomic emission spectrometry, and corresponding regularities affecting stability were found and discussed by means of experiments. The methods for the improvement of stability were provided and optimized, and satisfactory results was achieved in practical employment.
