摘要
研究了在水溶液中氯化钠-硫氰酸铵-溴化十六烷基吡啶体系浮选分离铜(Ⅱ)的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明,在水溶液中,Cu(Ⅱ)与NH4SCN、溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)生成三元离子缔合物(CPB)2[Cu(SCN)4]。在少量NaCl存在下,该缔合物能很好浮于盐水相上层和水形成界面清晰的两相,水相在pH1~7时,通过浮选可使Cu(Ⅱ)与常见离子Co(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)完全分离。
The floatation separation behavior of Cu(Ⅱ) in NaCl- NH4SCN - cetylpyridine bromide(CPB)system and the conditions for the separation of Cu(Ⅱ) from other metal ions were studied. The results showed that in the aqueous solution Cu(Ⅱ) combines with ammonium thiocyanate and CPB into a ternary ion-association precipitate (CPB)2[Cu(SCN)4 ], which can be floated well on the surface of aqueous phase and separated with water more completely in the presence of small quantity of sodium chloricte . Cu(Ⅱ) can be completely separated from Co(Ⅱ), Mg(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ) by floatation at pH 1 - 7 of aqueous phase.
