摘要 在硫酸介质和热水浴中,钌(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化水溶性苯胺蓝发生褪色反应,由此建立了测定痕量钌的催化光度法。10mL溶液中钌在0.002~0.035μg范围内与吸光度之差有良好的线性关系,检出限为3.25×10^-11g/mL。对10mL溶液中测定0.020μg钌(Ⅲ)的标准偏差为0.34%(n=11)。该催化反应对钌(Ⅲ)和水溶性苯胺蓝分别为一级反应和零级反应,其表观活化能为35.86kJ/mol。试验了40多种共存离子的影响,大多数常见离子不干扰。方法用于贵金属精矿中钌的测定,结果满意。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace ruthenium based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of aniline blue, water soluble(ABWS)by potassium periodate in H2SO4 medium was reported. A linear relationship was obtained between the difference of absorbance and concentration of Ru(Ⅲ) in the range of 0.002-0.035 μg/10 mL. The detection limit of Ru(Ⅲ) was 3.25× 10^-11 g/mL. The standard deviation for the determination of 0.020 μg/10 mL of Ru(Ⅲ) was 0.34% (n = 11). The catalytic reaction was found to be first-order and zero-order for Ru(Ⅲ) and ABWS respectively, with the apparent activation energy of 35.86 kJ/mol. Test for the interferences of more than 40 foreign ions showed that most of the common ions were tolerable. The method has been applied to the determination of Ru(Ⅲ)in noble metal concentrate with satisfactory results.
