摘要
通过对2001-2004年高校专利申请情况的统计分析,揭示科研能力、科技经费以及学科特色对专利申请的影响,提出提升高校科研创新能力的四项具体措施:①建立专利体制,强化激励机制;②加强专利意识,营造良好的环境;③富集创新人才,提高专利质量;④加快专利实施,实现经济效益。
This paper makes a statistic analysis on the conditions of patent application in universities from 2001 to 2004. It discloses the impact of scientific research ability, scientific research funds and subject characteristics over the patent application. Finally, the author puts forward four countermeasures to improve the innovation ability of universities scientific research.
