Application of Focus Group in SERVQUAL according to American Library's Practice

摘要 根据我国图书馆现状,结合美国Texas A&M大学图书馆进行服务质量评估的实例,分析焦点团体法在图书馆服务质量的可靠性评估中的优势。提出将焦点团体法应用于SERVQUAL评估指标的拟定,以探索一种适用于图书馆服务质量评估的方法。 According to the status-quo of Chinese libraries, this paper analyzes the advantages of focus group in assessing the service quality dependability, then it points out that the focus group should be applied into SERVQUAL by the case study of service quality assessment at Texas A&M University.
