However, in Russia, when the ordinarysee plutocrats with their bodyguards in the street, they will say, 'Look, anotherbounder!' The growth of the number of plutocrats arouses complicated reactions inmany countries. Some countries regardthe super rich as heroes leading peopleto start up businesses; some on the con-trary are disgusted by the plutocrats' wayof collecting money and their arrogance.
