Primary surgical resection in treatment of appendiceal abscess with 98 cases

目的总结阑尾周围脓肿行Ⅰ期手术切除治疗的临床经验。方法对98例阑尾周围脓肿病人行I期手术切除治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有手术获得成功,切口感染率8.2%(8/98),无死亡病例及严重并发症发生。结论Ⅰ期手术治疗阑尾脓肿疗效安全可靠,并发症少。

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of primary surgical resection in treatment of appendiceal abscess. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with appendiceal abscess underwent primary surgical resection were analyzed retrospectively from January 2002 to December 2005. Results All operation were successful, the rat of wound infection was 9.2%（9/98）, There was no operative death and no severe complication occurred. Conclusion primary surgical resection is a safe, effective and less complication in treatment of appendiceal abscess.
