剖宫产大出血32例麻醉处理

Primary hemorrhage in cesarean section:anesthesia management of 32 cases

目的探讨剖宫产术中大出血的麻醉处理。方法对32例剖宫产术中大出血患者的麻醉处理进行分析。结果26例出血停止安返病房。6例为不能控制的大出血,行子宫切除术后痊愈出院,其中2例发展为DIC。结论正确的麻醉处理是抢救剖宫产术中大出血,保障患者生命安全的关键。

Objective To investigate the anesthesia management on severe postpartumhemorrhage in cesarean section Methods Aretrospective analysis was performd on 32cases of anesthesia management by reason of severe po stpartum hemorrgage from Jan 2000to Feb 2006.Result The 26cases hemorrhage were stoppod;others 6cases were severe postpartum hemorrhage that couldn＇t be controlled and theywererecovered by emergencyhysterectomy,two cases of them developed DIG.Conclusion The rightmethods of anesthesia managemevt is the key of arresting severe postpartum hemorrhage.
