摘要
目的研究茉莉根Jasminumsambac(L.)Aiton的化学成分。方法采用溶剂萃取和柱色谱方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据确定所得化合物的结构。结果从茉莉根的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:(+)-cycloo-livil(I),(+)-cycloolivil-4'-O-β-D-glucoside(II),iridanetriol(III),iridanetetraol(IV),β-胡萝卜苷(V)。结论化合物I、II为首次从素馨属分离得到,化合物III为首次从该植物分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents in the roots of Jasminum sambac ( L. ) Aiton. Methods The chemical components were isolated by solvent extraction and column chromatography. The chemical structures were identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral data. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as ( + ) -cycloolivil ( Ⅰ ), ( + ) -cycloolivil-4'-O-β-D-glucoside ( Ⅱ ), iridane triol ( Ⅲ ), iridane tetraol (Ⅳ), β-daucostedo (Ⅴ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from genus Jasminum for the first time, and compound Ⅲ was isolated from this olant for the first time.
