摘要
目的观察不同浓度的益心口服液对大鼠试验性心律失常的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠分为对照组,益心口服液10、50、100mg·kg-13个剂量组,维拉帕米对照组;分别采用冠状动脉结扎诱发的心律失常,乌头碱注射诱发的心律失常,来观察试验各组心律失常出现的情况。结果实验显示益心口服液可减少大鼠冠状动脉结扎15min内室性心律失常出现次数,尤其是益心口服液100mg·kg-1可明显减少心律失常出现次数,优于试验对照组(P<0.05),有显著性差异;益心口服液100mg·kg-1组与维拉帕米组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论益心口服液具有抗大鼠试验性心律失常的作用,其作用随药物浓度的增加而增强。
Aim To investigate the effect of Yixin oral herbs on mice's experimental arrhythmia. Method Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups : control group, Yixin herbs group 10,50,100mg · kg^- 1 ( different groups involve different concentrations Yixin herbs) and Verapamil group. Experimental arrhythmia was induced by ligation of the coronary artery and aconitine to investigate the anti-arrhythmia effect of Yixin oral herbs. Results Yixin oral herbs group tended to reduce the incidence of experimental arrhythmia, compared with control group. In the Yixin herbs group 100mg ·kg^-1, the incidence of ventricular extra-systole and ventricular tachycardia induced by ligation of coronary artery ( P 〈 0.05 ) was reduced remarkably. In the same group they could also significantly increase the threshold dose of aconitine-induced arrhythmia ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between the Verapamil group and the Yixin group. Conclusion Yixin herbs have anti-arrhythmia effect on experimental arrhythmia of mice. These effects partly depend on the concentration of herbs.
