摘要 目的 建立测定宽中老蔻丸中大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,Kmmasil C18柱(4.6mm×200mm);甲醇-水-磷酸(86:14:0.02)为流动相,流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:254nm。结果 HPLC法测定大黄酚可达基线分离,进样量在0.0170—0.5448μg时线性良好,得回归方程为Y=74651.99X-186.40.r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为98.36%,RSD为0.51%(n=5)。结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于宽中老蔻丸中大黄酚的含量测定。 Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of Chrysophanol in Kuanzhong Laokou Wan. Method The HPLC method was used for Kromasil C18 column(4.6mm × 200mm) with methanol -water -0. 1% phosphoric acid (86: 14: 0.02) as mobile phase. The flow rate was at 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 254nm. Results The calibration curve was linear,ranging from of 0. 017 0 to 0.544 8μg ( r =0.999 9). The average recovery of the method was 98.36%, and RSD was 0.51%. ( n = 5 ). Conclusion This method was reliable, accurate, and applicable to the quality control of this preparation.
