中小型城市高层建筑消防安全管理存在的问题及对策

Problems in High-rise Building Fire Protection Management and the Countermeasures in Middle or Small-Sized Cities

近年来,高层建筑火灾事故及损失逐年上升,给消防工作提出了新的课题,研究其火灾预防具有现实意义。文章通过对所在辖区高层建筑日常消防安全管理工作的调研,对高层建筑消防安全管理工作存在的问题及火灾预防进行探讨。

In recent years, the fire accidents and the loss rate of the high-rise buildings increased with years, which exposes new topic for the fire protection work and it has practical meaning to research fire prevention for them. Through the research to the fire protection management of the high-rise buildings within the district, the thesis approaches to the problems existing in the fire protection management and the fire preventions of the high-rise buildings.
