摘要
文章对公路建设环境保护作了比较深入的分析与探讨,总结归纳了公路施工、营运期环境保护工作的重点与措施,对环境影响评价制度与方法进行了全面阐述,并通过与国外公路环境保护比较,指出我国今后的发展方向。
The paper makes relatively deep analysis and discussion of the highway environmental protection, summarizes the key points and measures to environmental protection during the eonstruetion and usage period of the highway, makes overall statement to the environmental impact assessment and its methods, and points out the development direction in our country through the comparison with the highway environmental protection abroad.
