摘要
目前普遍采用工程量清单计价方式进行招投标,文章以厦门市某招投标实例,说明如何确定工程预算价、最高控制价、最低控制价,并介绍采用的相应配套制度和办法,供采用工程量清单招投标时借鉴比较。
Priced list of quantities is used in bidding and tendering. The paper takes a bidding example in Xiamen to explain how to determine the estimated cost, the highest bid price and the lowest bid price, and to introduce the adopted matching system and methods for reference.
