摘要
内蒙古工业大学化学工程系研制生产的铁系无铬(NBC-1)型CO高(中)温变换催化剂经化肥厂整炉装填应用,并分析了该催化剂升温还原及两种工况的操作。操作数据证明NBC-1型催化剂具有易还原、低温活性好、蒸汽消耗低、CO转化率高、变换炉阻力小等特点,能彻底根除铁铬系催化剂中铬组份造成的对生产及使用人员的毒害和对环境的污染。
An iron-based non-chromium (NBC-1) catalyst has been prepared by the Department of Chimical Engineering,Inner Mongolia Polytechnic University,and applied to CO high temperature shift reaction in Tuzuoqi Chemical Fertilizer Plant by way of full furnace loading.The operation. of catalyst (NBC-1) is characterized by the reduction of program-raising temperature and two sorts of Process. The data of operation show that NBC-1 type catalyst has some advantages such as easy reduction,low vapour consumption,high CO conversion ratio and low resistance in the shift furnace. The complete eradication of chromium which used to be a component in the traditional ironchromium-based catalyst is essential for the prevention of the environmental pollution and the poisoning of production and operators.
