摘要
在《钢结构高强度螺栓连接技术规程》(JGJ82征求意见稿)中,提出了加固用栓焊并用的连接形式,即在一个连接节点中,摩擦型高强度螺栓连接和角焊缝焊接连接并用,且承受同一剪切荷载作用。这一连接方式能够很大程度上提高连接的抗剪强度,当采用螺栓连接设计不足或是使用荷载增大等情况下,栓焊并用连接是一种有效的加固方法。通过有限元算例,讨论了不同的焊缝形式以及不同焊缝尺寸等对栓焊并用连接抗剪性能的影响,并与征求意见稿中的公式进行了比较。
The co-use of weld and bolts joint has been proposed in "The Specification of High-Strength Bolt Connection in Steel Structures" (JGJ 82 ,consultative draft). Both bolt and weld joining are employed in this form of joint in one connection,and resist the same shear force. By this means,the shear strength of the joint will be enhanced greatly. It is very suitable for those cases where the design of the bolts bearing capacity is not sufficient or where the applied loads increase. Therefore,the to-use of weld and bolts joint is an efficient way of structural reinforcement or modification. Finite element analysis is employed, and different details and geometrical parameters of the weld are discussed. Finally, the results of finite element analysis are compared with the proposed formula in the consultative draft, and suggestions are provided.
