摘要
水泥混凝土路面由于设计、施工、养护不当极易产生收缩裂缝,对于水泥混凝土路面的使用寿命有着极大影响,是水泥混凝土路面丧失承载力的主要原因之一。首先对水泥混凝土裂缝修复机理进行分析,提出了修复材料的性能要求。接着,通过系统的室内试验和对比,指出了高性能环氧树脂材料是处治水泥混凝土路面收缩裂缝的优良途径之一,并提出了水泥混凝土路面裂缝相关分析的系统试验方法。
Because of improper design, construction or maintenance, cracks may occur on concrete pavement which greatly affect the service life of concrete pavements. The crack is one of the main reasons which lead the concrete pavement to lose its bearing capacity. The treatment mechanism of concrete pavement cracks is investigated, and the indexes of treatment materials are proposed. Based on the systemic tests in laboratory, it is found that high performance epoxy resin can be applied to treat the cracks caused by shrinkage of concrete pavement. The testing methods about analysis of concrete pavement cracks are also proposed.
