摘要
针对点焊过程的特点,设计了基本的模糊控制方案,并进一步使用插值算法其进行了改进。使用插值算法相当于细分了控制规则,从根本上消除了量化误差,改善了系统的稳态性能。
According to the characteristics of spot welding, a elementary fuzzy control project had been design, and has been improved by using the interpolation algorithm. The interpolation is equal to subdivide those control rules, so the quantization error can be eliminated thoroughly, and the system can get better steady - state performance.
