摘要
主要进行的是1+1/2轴流式对转涡轮的气动设计研究。发展了1+1/2对转涡轮的设计体系,采用基于流线曲律法的可控涡方法对1+1/2对转涡轮进行S2流面的设计,对叶型设计方面的工作进行了探索,在传统的参数法叶型设计程序的基础上发展运用bezier曲线进行叶型优化,并采用商用CFD软件开展对转涡轮S1流场和全三维粘性流场的数值计算。
Study of aerodynamic design and analysis on 1 + 1/2 counter - rotating turbine was applied in this paper. By using the free - vortex design concept based on the streamline curvature method, the aerodynamic parameters of the counter - rotating gas turbine were achieved. The parametric method of turbine profile design was used to design the 2D profile, and the Bezier curvature was used to optimize the 2D profile. The stack technology was used to construct the 3D blade. The CFD software was used to analyze the 2D flow field and the 3D viscous flow field in turbine.
