摘要
竞选算法是一种具有并行能力的启发式优化算法,其搜索机制模拟竞选活动中对支持率的追求动机,将其应用于机床主轴的结构优化设计,并以一个实例分析了设计全过程。首先根据在满足各种约束条件下,使机床主轴刚度最好和材料最省的要求,建立了机床主轴结构优化设计的数学模型,应用竞选算法对问题进行了求解,得到了结构优化设计方案。结果表明,竞选算法在机械优化设计中具有实用性和可行性。
Competitive algorithm is a heuristic optimization algorithm with parallel ability, its searching mechanism simulates the motive to the support- rate in the electing activity. In this paper, the competitive algorithm is applied for optimizing the structure design of machine tools spindle, and an example is processed to illustrate the utilization in the structure optimization design. Firstly a mathematic model of optimizing the structure design of machine tools spindle is achieved in terms of the condition of meeting all constraints to acquire demands of the best stiffness and the least material, then the optimization problem is solved by means of competitive algorithm and the design parameters of spindle structure are obtained. The result shows that competitive algorithm is practical and effectual in mechanical optimization design.
