基于Solidworks的膨化机CAD系统的研究

摘要 膨化机CAD系统是基于机械自动化设计软件Solidworks开发的。整个系统使用VisualC++语言开发,以动态链接库的形式嵌入Solidworks系统。论文详细介绍了系统的各个功能模块和实现方法,即数据输入、设计计算、参数化三维零件造型、装配体三维造型和工程图输出。零件自动三维造型的实现采用了以尺寸驱动为主、程序驱动为辅的编程思想。系统完全被封装在Solidworks的一个菜单项下,通过简单的人机交互,输入功率、转速等设计参数后,就能自动完成整台膨化机的结构设计,然后根据用户选择输出零件或者装配体的三维造型图和工程图。 The CAD( Computer Aided Design) system of extruder is developed based on Solidworks. The system is developed with Visual C + +, and it can be compatibly added in Solidworks as dynamic linkage library. The paper introduces the every function module and the realizing method in detail, including input module, design module, 3D parametric parts modeling module, 3D assembling module, engineering drawings output module. The realization of the automatically 3D modeling adopts the idea of driven by dimension primarily and driven by program secondarily. The whole system is encapsulated in a menu of Solidworks, After some parameters, such as power and rotational speed are imported through UI( User Interface), the system will automatically complete the design of extruder. Then 3D models and engineering drawings of parts or assembly can be exported according to the choice of user.
