摘要
制造资源优化是网络化制造的核心问题。针对生产企业在利用外部资源方面的三类需求,这里提出了两种可行的制造资源优化方法。详细论述了优化的步骤,建立了产品交货期、成本以及加工质量的三目标优化模型,并给出了求解模型的有效算法。最后,通过具体的计算实例进行了数值仿真。
Optimization of the manufacturing resources is a key problem in networked manufacturing, Based on the resources demand of enterprises on three aspects, two valid methods are presented for the optimization of the manufacturing resources in networked manufacturing. A multi- objective model is constructed. In the model, multi- objective analysis is adopted to allow use of a performance measurement system that includes delivery time of products, cost and quality. The process of optimization is discussed in detail. Furthermore, the solution of the model is introduced. Finally, the model is illustrated by an example and the simulation result is obtained.
