现有的封堵工艺无法满足聚驱下返封堵的要求,为此,研制了卡块式油管柱锚与Y341-114FPS封隔器组成的下返封堵工艺.该封堵工艺的优点:一是封堵管柱承压高、坐封方便、密封可靠;二是采用上提管柱的方式解封,下入一趟管柱即可将井下封堵管柱全部起出,解封方便;三是封堵管柱的工具成本低,施工费用低,便于推广使用.现场应用表明:下返封堵一次下井102口成功率达100%;36口井验封合格率达100%;3口井打捞解封一次成功率达100%,取得了较好的试验效果.

The present packing technique is not fit for the polymer flooding wells requiring packing upper layers and exploiting lower layers. To deal with the problem, a new packing technique is developed. The advantages of the new technology are obvious: The first is that the tubing anchor and packer in the new technology can bear high pressure and can be sealed easily and effectively. The second is that the two tools can be unlocked by lifting upward through only one operation. The operation is convenient and effective. The third is that the costs of tools and operation are low and can be easily generalized. The application in oil field indicates the percentages of successfully packing and unlocking packers through one operation are both 100%. And the percentage of the packers seal is also 100%.The testing result is excellent.
