摘要
在对各种摆线分析比较的基础上,提出了采用短幅内摆线作为原始齿形曲线用于定子,其共轭曲线用于转子的三头单螺杆泵线型设计方法.利用Pro/E软件对定子线型进行了优选,将内摆线变幅因数为1/3的短幅内摆线确定为定子骨线,进而推导了三头单螺杆泵的转子和定子线型的数学方程式.利用Pro/E软件作为建模工具,在该线型数学方程式的基础上,对三头单螺杆泵的转子和定子进行了三维虚拟建模,确定了转子和定子的线型坐标,为三头单螺杆泵的实际加工提供参考.
The linetype design of triple helix single screw pump is that a short-amplitude cycloid is used as the primary gear form for stator and the conjuration gear form is used on rotor on the basis of the analysis and comparison of all kinds of cycloids. On the basis of the optimization of linetype using Pro/E software determinate that a short-amplitude cycloid with k=1/3 is used on rotor. And then the expressions of linetype of stator and rotor are derived. he dummy modeling with the Pro/E software is aimed at offering the reference for practical machining of the triple helix single screw pump.
