摘要
在高温管道长距离运输过程中绝热支架的使用可减少热损失、节约能源,而聚四氟乙烯板是影响绝热支架使用寿命的主要因素.为提高管道绝热支架的使用寿命,校核了支架的滑动接触面温度,分析了支架传热过程热阻,建立了传热计算的数学模型,并用数值方法对其进行了求解;确定了温度最高点,根据温度最高点可判断其是否满足聚四氟乙烯的工作温度范围.结果表明:螺栓与上基板之间的石棉隔热层厚度及隔热效果影响聚四氟乙烯的工作温度.最不利点温度计算结果与现场实测数据基本吻合,相对误差小于5%.
Heat insulated supporters can save energy and reduce heat loss during the high temperature and long distance transportation process. Polytetrafluoroethylene is the main factor of influencing the supporters' working life. In order to prolong the life of heat insulated supporters, we check the temperature of slip surface, analyze the heat resistance, establish the mathematical model and solves it with method of numerical calculation. We have determine the highest temperature based on whih we can estimate whether it can meet in the range of polytetrafluoroethylene working temperature. The analysis shows that the thickness of asbestus between bolt and baseplate and the effect of heat insulation have some effect on the polytetrafluoroethylene working temperature. The calculation result of highest temperature is the same as the measured temperature, the error is less than 5%.
