摘要
步进电机由于其转速仅受脉冲频率影响的开环控制而受到广泛应用,但是步进电机自身存在的起动频率使得电机不能一下达到运行频率,而必须有一个起动过程。系统研究了步进电机的起动过程,在此基础上设计了基于EPROM、压频变换器的起动电路,以及基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的起动电路这两种不同的实现方案,并对两种方案进行了比较。从体积、功耗、可靠性、稳定性等因素考虑,基于FPGA的方案更适用于航天环境。
Step motor is widely used as its speed only depends on open loop control clock frequency; however the startup frequency of the step motor hinders it from reaching the working speed directly, starting needs a process. The starting process of step motor is studied systematically, based on it, two different starting process implementing schemes, one starting circuit is based on EPROM chip, voltage frequecy converter, another starting circuit is based on field programmable gate array (FPGA), are designed and compared. Considering many affecting factors such as volume, power consumption, reliability, stability etc, the scheme based on field programmable gate array ( FPGA ) is more suitable for aerospace environment.
