关于自然资源价值的思考

RESEARCH ON THE VALUE OF NATURAL RESOURCES

现代资源问题不断出现,人类生存面临资源危机。本文在分析诸种自然资源价值观的基础上,从价值哲学的角度,辨析了自然资源价值的本质是人类与自然相互影响的关系中对于人类和自然资源这个统一整体所具有的积极意义。自然资源所具有的经济价值、生态价值和社会价值是统一的、不可分割的整体。现代经济社会中,自然资源价值体现在稀缺性、资源产权和劳动价值。科学地认识自然资源价值,对实现资源可持续发展具有重要的理论指导意义。

Nowadays the resources problems come up continuously; the existence of the mankind faces the resources crisis even more than before. Based on the analysis of many value theories of natural resources, from the angle of value philosophy, this paper would discuss the value essence of natural resources that is the positive aspects to the mankind and natural resources as a whole during they influence on one and another. The economic value, ecosystem value and the social value of the natural resources are closely linked together, and in the modern economy, the value of nature resources manifest in its scarceness, the resources property rights and the labor value. Scientifically recognizing the true value of the nature resources would be of significant theoretical meaning to the sustainable development of the nature resources.
