摘要
本文从矿产资源勘查、开发的特点出发,阐述了矿业投资风险的不可避免性,总结归纳了矿业投资风险的4个基本特点和影响矿业投资风险的7种主要因素。分析了矿业投资风险主要表现为资源风险、经济风险和市场风险等三种形式。从把握国家政策、掌握成矿规律、合理使用资金结构等方面,提出了平抑矿业投资风险的几种途径。
The paper expatiates the mining investment is ineluctability based on characters of exploration and exploitation of mine resource, and concludes 4 basis characters of mine investment and 7 main factors influencing mine investment. It concludes that mine invest risk includes resource risk, market risk and economic risk. It also put forward some methods of controlling mine investment risk, for example, understanding national policy, grasping rule of forming mine, adjustion scale of capital.
