摘要
实现机制创新能够提高企业的安全管理状况,实行企业内部安全市场化就是一种机制创新。本文从安全意识、创新意识、经营意识、成本意识、产品质量管理意识和危机意识等六个方面,论证了这一创新机制对职工思想的冲击。
It helps improve the safety management of enterprises to carry out safety ensuring mechanism creatively. A case in point is to practice internal safety marketing in enterprises. This thesis reveals the ideological impact on the mining staff resulted from the creative practice in such aspects as safety ideology, ideological creativeness, consciousness of management, consciousness of cost, consciousness of quality and consciousness of crisis.
