技术标准通过出口商、消费者、外部网络性和贸易壁垒,能够给一个国家带来福利效应。技术标准通过成本优势和相关费用的降低给出口商带来福利效应,通过降低消费者的费用给消费者带来福利效应,进而给一个国家带来福利效应。技术标准也能够充分利用网络外部性和在对外贸易中形成贸易壁垒给一个国家带来福利效应。我国应加强技术标准工作,促进技术标准工作的健康发展,给我国带来更大的福利效应。

The technical standards could bring welfare effect to country by export manufacturers, consumers, network externality and trade barriers. The technical standards could bring welfare effect to export manufacturers by cost advantage and expense decrease, decrease consumers＇ expenses and increase consumers＇ welfare. It could make the best of network externality and form trade barriers in foreign trade to bring welfare effect to one country. So, we should strengthen the technical standards work, promote health development of technical standards work and improve the welfare level of China.
