摘要 提出一种新型混合控制倍流整流方式ZVS PWM三电平半桥直流变换器,它具有以下特点:①原边四只开关管分为两组,同一组中的开关管的驱动信号相差180℃,而与另一组的驱动信号互补;②它利用输出滤波电感的能量可以在很宽的负载范围内实现原边开关管的ZVS;③输出整流二极管自然换流,避免了因为反向恢复所造成的电压振荡和电压尖峰。④提出的变换器能方便实现同步整流管的自驱动。分析了这种变换器的工作原理,给出了仿真结果。 A new hybrid control current - doubler- rectifier ZVS PWM three- level half- bridge DC converter is proposed, it has the following characteristics.①The four switches on the primary side are divided into two groups, in the same group, the drive signal of one switch leads or lags 180℃ each other, however, it is complementary when compared with the drive signal of the corresponding switch in another group. ②ZVS is achieved for all switches in a wide load range with the use of the energy in the output filter induetors. ③The output rectifier diodes commutate naturally without voltage oscillations and voltage spike.④The proposed converter can realize self- drive of synchronous rectifier conveniently. The principle of the proposed converter is analyzed and the simulation results are given to prove the correctness of the theory analysis.
