摘要
针对10 kV、35 kV配电系统电容电流过大,引起弧光接地过电压,造成重大设备损坏事故的情况,阐述电容电流的几种测量方法及估算方法。
The capacitance current is excessive in 10 kV and 35 kV distribution systems, and it would cause arc grounding overvoltage, thereby it would destroy power equipment and enlarge accident area. Several measuring and estimation methods of capacitance current are described.
