首先对当前什邡供电局供、配电网和2005年供电可靠性指标完成值进行了深入分析,找出了遏制什邡供电可靠性提高的主要网络缺陷和管理难题。然后,结合近几年的管理实践,提出了提高供电可靠性的技术措施和管理措施。

First of all, a through analysis is given on the presem power supply network and distribution network of Shifang Power Supply Bureau and on the reliability index of 2005, the major defects in network system and the management problems are found which contains the improvement of power supply reliability. Then, based on the management practices in recent years, the technical measures and control measures that can improve the power supply reliability are put forward.
