基于Markov判决树的视频多路传输

摘要 为提高无线包交换网络上视频传输的稳健性,提出了一种多描述编码的多路传输方案。方案对各描述的每个slice数据进行包级别的Reed-Solomon编码。基于无线信道模型的假设,利用Markov判决树算法,为各slice的数据包选择最优的传输路径。在每个传输路径中,对所分配的数据包进行交织发送,以进一步提高抗突发丢包的能力。实验结果表明:该方案相对单路传输在相同编码速率的前提下平均峰值信噪比提高了3.81~5.84dB,该方案可显著提高无线网络中视频传输的鲁棒性。 A multiple description video transport method with multiple paths was developed to improve video streaming over wireless packet-switching networks. Inter-packet Reed-Solomon codes are used for each description in the scheme. An optimal transport path selection algorithm using Markov tree decision making was developed for an assumed wireless network model to minimize the probability of packet loss for each inter-packet RS codes group. The packets on each path are interleaved before transport to further enhance the burst error resilient performance. Simulation results show that the average PSNR of the video sequence is improved 3.81 - 5.84 dB by the scheme compared with the single path transport scheme, which demonstrates the robustness of the video transport scheme in wireless networks.
