摘要 虚拟产品设计的关键技术是如何从现实中提取产品知识信息的模型,对知识进行分类和表达,有效地建立知识信息库和知识模型。提出一种知识信息抽取和综合建模方法。底层的知识表达采用对象的方法,结合粗糙集分类特点来综合表达产品知识和建立知识库。在开发系统中,先采用知识分类方法把知识分为两大类,一是设计过程知识,包括经验知识、设计规则等,主要来源于经验等;二是设计对象知识,主要来源于设计规范、结构原形、同类型产品等。对不确定知识的抽取和推理,先采用粗糙集方法进行分类处理,然后对冗余知识进行属性约简,再进行推理。文中以高速贴标机为应用对象,实现了知识表达和知识建模,开发了网络环境下虚拟高速贴标机的设计系统。 The key technique of virtual product development is how to obtain knowledge models from reality, to knowledge classi- fication, express, to build knowledge base and knowledge models effectively. Therefore, the modeling method of knowledge extraction and fusion was proposed. The object method is used to express and build basic design knowledge. The knowledge was divided into two kinds in the development system;one is the design process knowledge, which the main including experience knowledge, design regulation and design general knowledge. The other is the knowledge of design object,which the main source from the design criterion, structure and similar product, etc. The rough sets method is used to knowledge classification, uncertainty reasoning and attribute reduction. An example for product development was given. It realized knowledge expression, knowledge modeling. The design system of virtual high-speed labeler under network environment was developed.
