摘要
结合当前中小型企业PDM(产品数据管理)系统中项目管理功能较弱的现状,针对制造型企业按照订单的生产模式,提出基于工作流技术的项目管理系统体系结构和功能规划,分析系统的关键技术,包括基于工作流的项目管理模型技术、动态的组织管理模式和基于权限的共享机制以及系统集成。本系统针对南京某企业具体产品开发项目,在企业的应用中取得了良好的效果。
On the basis of the order mode from many manufacture enterprises and weak project management in PDM, a project management system was researched and implemented. Firstly, the system＇s architecture and its function modes are introduced. Then the thesis analyses some key problems, consisting of project management model based on work-flow, organization-management mode, the share policy based on security-role and system-integrity, ended with an example for this system.
