摘要
塑料注射成型浇注系统的设计是否合理,直接影响注塑件的质量、材料的消耗和生产效率。目前的注射模设计主流软件是Pro/E,它的设计数据往往是基于经验,其成功率比较低。研究利用V isualC++和M icrosoft Access 2000,开发基于Pro/E塑料注射模浇注系统。实践表明,该系统具有较高的智能化程度。
Design of the injection system can directly affect the quality, the material waste and the working efficiency of plastic product. But at present Pro/E is the prevail software used to dsign the injection mould,and the data of it is depended on the experience, so the rate of success is low. By use of Visual C + + and Microsoft Access 2000, the injection system has been improved based on Pro/E. The result has showed that the injection system has higher intelligence.
